Upper Level Summary Reports

The analysis you receive includes two types of reports. The first are Upper Level Summary Reports which give the reader a high level view of their institution's performance.

Factor Means and Composition

The mean of each factor is shown and you can drill down to see the questions that compose that factor and their respective means.

CSAR with Priority Matrix

The Custom Statistical Analysis Report is an optional extension of your analysis. The cornerstone of your CSAR Analysis is the priority matrix. Through regression analysis, this chart plots your institution's factors into four quadrants: Top Priority; Maintain or Improve; Maintain; and Monitor. At a glance this gives you the factors that have the most impact on the effectiveness of your program.

Factors are statistical groupings of questions. Factors describe a broader concept while questions describe specific items.

Once it has been determined that a certain set of questions do share a relationship and therefore constitute a factor, there is an additional (and necessary) statistical test to assess the soundness of the factor. You can drill down to see the questions that comprise each factor.

Lower Level Detail Reports

Lower Level Detail Reports give the reader details of their institution's performance.

All Comparative Groups

This example shows comparison between your institution's factor means and the aggregate of your Select 6, Carnegie Class, and All Institutions per factor. This example quickly shows the four types of comparison we offer.

Factor by Category

Each category's answers are broken down by mean per factor. This allows you to see the differences that drive your scores. You also get the count of responses for each answer (N) and the standard deviation.
