Upper Level Summary Reports

The analysis you receive includes two types of reports. The first are Upper Level Summary Reports which give the reader a high level view of their institution's performance.

Survey Snapshot - Results of the survey in the order they appear on the survey. (not shown)

Scaled Questions - All questions from the assessment that were answered using a response scale (i.e. not at all – moderately – extremely).

Categorical Questions - View frequencies results for population segments including demographics (i.e. gender, race, etc).

Lower Level Detail Reports

Lower Level Detail Reports give the reader details of their institution's performance.

Cross-Tabs - Generate a report using any two questions (Scaled, Categorical, ISQ).

Open-Ended Questions - Respondents' answers to text-based questions.
