| Custom Statistical Analysis Report (CSAR) |
The Custom Statistical Analysis Report is an optional extension of your analysis. The cornerstone of your CSAR Analysis is the priority matrix. Through regression analysis, this chart plots your institution's factors into four quadrants: Top Priority; Maintain or Improve; Maintain; and Monitor. At a glance this gives you the factors (A statistical groupings of questions that describe a broader concept while questions describe specific items.) that have the most impact on the effectiveness of your program.

| Fall Survey |
For Housing Assessments only: The Fall Survey Option allows you to get your institution only results in January. Comparative results will be sent to you in the fall. This allows you to provide feedback to your current staff about their performance and reinforce things they do well as well as focus their attention on areas that need improvement. This information can be used during the current academic year to:
- Perform staff evaluations
- Plan for next year's budget
- Plan for next year's programs

| Institution Specific Questions |
| The ability to add up to ten additional questions that apply only to your institution gives you the opportunity to focus on a particular area or topic. The analysis results will give you the information needed to address problems and initiate improvement while also identifying areas of satisfaction giving you the chance to share your successes with your staff and peers.

Coding Options for Analysis
The Coding analysis option provides additional analysis of the coding structure you define and allows you to "dig deeper" into your analysis to pinpoint population responses. There are different types of coding depending on the type of assessment you purchase.
|
| Unit Level |
A housing unit level is an area, hall, floor, section, or group within your participant list. In order to receive this analysis, you must decide before the surveys are administered. This is necessary because codes need to be assigned before survey distribution. If you are using paper administration, each survey needs to be coded by hand before distribution. We recommend having your staff members code the forms. Both paper and WESS users will receive an email prompting you to enter and finalize your coding on-line. This must be done to ensure correct analysis results. If needed, the EBI staff will assist you in determining your coding structure.

Course Section
|
For First Year Initiative assessments, the course section analysis permits you to look more deeply into your findings by coding with course section or name of course. In order to receive this analysis, you must decide before the surveys are administered. This is necessary since codes need to be assigned before survey distribution. If you are using paper administration, each survey needs to be coded by hand before distribution. We recommend having your staff members code the forms. If you are using WESS administration, you will enter your codes on-line. To ensure correct analysis results, the EBI staff will assist you in determining your coding structure.

| Population |
The population code analysis is available for most assessments. It permits you to add a demographic question of your choice with up to ten answers and receive additional analysis on these populations. This allows you to compare responses between locations, major, age, or any grouping of students you define.
In order to receive this analysis, population codes need to be assigned before survey distribution. For WESS administration, you will enter your population code definitions online. Participants will then choose their answer option from a drop down at the beginning of the survey. For paper, you will also be asked to enter your codes online. Instruct participants to record their answers in the population code section (question A) of the survey form.

| Chapter |
Fraternity/Sorority chapter code analysis allows you to receive results by chapter. You may also purchase individual chapter reports that provide specific information to your chapter leaders about their chapter.
