Engineering Education Employer Assessment

Employer feedback about the effectiveness of your engineering program is essential for refining your curriculum to effectively prepare graduates for the changing demands of the engineering profession. The EBI Engineering Employer Assessment provides an in-depth evaluation of your program from the employers who hire and manage your engineering graduates.

Some areas addressed in our Employer assessment include:

• Which areas of your program were effective in preparing graduates for a career in engineering
  
• Which areas of your program need improvement to better prepare graduates for engineering responsibilities
  
• What employers believe are the most important knowledge and skills areas for engineers to succeed
  
• Overall, how well your program prepared graduates to succeed

Requirements:

In order to participate in the Engineering Employer Assessment you must participate in the Engineering Alumni Assessment and use the Web Enabled Survey System (WESS) to administer the Alumni survey on-line. Each alumna will be asked to provide the name and email address of their supervisor. The supervisor will then be emailed a request to complete the Employer Assessment. Results of the Employer Assessment will only be available on-line.

4. Highest Mean Questions/Lowest Mean Questions
5. Interactive Cross Tab Report
