AACN/EBI Nursing Employer Assessment
Employer feedback about the effectiveness of your nursing program is essential for refining your curriculum to effectively prepare graduates for the changing demands of the medical profession. The AACN/EBI Nursing Employer Assessment provides an in-depth evaluation of your program from the employers who hire and manage your nursing graduates.
Some areas addressed in our Employer assessment include:
- Which areas of your program were effective in preparing graduates for a career in nursing
- Which areas of your program need improvement to better prepare graduates for nursing responsibilities
- What employers believe are the most important knowledge and skills areas required for nurses to succeed
- Overall, how well your program prepared graduates to succeed
Requirements:
In order to participate in the Nursing Employer Assessment you must participate in the Nursing Alumni Assessment and use the Web Enabled Survey System (WESS) to administer the Alumni survey on-line. Each alumna will be asked to provide the name and email address of their supervisor. The supervisor will then be emailed with a request to complete the Employer Assessment. Results of the Employer Assessment will only be available on-line.

2. Frequency Distribution of Questions
3. Overall Satisfaction by Demographic
4. Highest Mean Questions/Lowest Mean Questions
5. Interactive Cross Tab Report
6. Demographic Summary Pie Chart
