We at EBI MAP-Works appreciate the many dedicated professionals who share our mission in continuously improving the student experience, which is achieved through the use of quality assessments coupled with frequent assessment cycles. We created the Commitment to Excellence Awards to honor the institutions, programs, and people who demonstrate this achievement.
We are pleased to announce our 2012 Award Winners:
The ACUHO-I/EBI Assessment Team is pleased to present the 2012 ACUHO-I/EBI Assessment Award to Amy McGovern, Assistant Director of University Housing at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. We applaud the University of Wisconsin-Stout for its innovative use of the ACUHO-I/EBI assessments to improve student satisfaction and learning outcomes in its residence halls, and for promoting data-driven decision making in the continuous improvement process.
The ACUHO-I/EBI Assessment Award recognizes an individual or institution that is committed to continuous improvement as evidenced by issue identification, change, and improvement. The recipient’s institution receives an ACUHO-I/EBI Complete Assessment Package for 2012–2013. In addition, the individual will be presented with a plaque at the ACUHO-I Annual Conference, and the institution will be featured in an article in ACUHO-I’s Talking Stick publication.
The MAP-Works Excellence Award recognizes individuals and institutions committed to improving student success and retention with MAP-Works. Award applications were submitted in categories ranging from overall to specific programs and implementations.
You can find the listing of our 2012 honorees in our MAP-Works Excellence Awards section.
The MAP-Works Scholarship Award is a national essay contest for first and second-year college students who have participated in the MAP-Works program. We created this scholarship opportunity to highlight the experiences and achievements of MAP-Works students.
You can see our 2012 scholarship recipients in our MAP-Works Scholarship Award section.
