How does a university really know how its freshmen students are doing and how it can help them be successful and stay in school? One way is with programs that can identify students at risk early in their academic careers and offer opportunities that will help them succeed. One of those programs highly regarded by colleges and university is EBI MAP-Works, which is “dedicated to improving retention, student success, and the quality of the college student experience.”
